recipe for white chocolate chips cookies!!

Here is one of my favorite recipes! It is Nestle Toll Houses white chocolate chip cookie. I will be using their recipe and some of my tips to make awesome cookies! Here are the ingredients you will need to make these cookies.
  • 1 2/3 all purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter
  • 3/4 brown sugar
  • 1/3 of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups (12-oz pkg) of Nestle Toll House white chocolate chips.
Now after you have all the ingredients take out the butter from the fridge and soften it but don't put it in a microwave or stove! Next turn on the oven to 375 Fahrenheit.

Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a mediaum-sized bowl. Beat butter, brown sugar ,granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in to a bigger sized bowl. beat until creamy. Next crack the egg on a small bowl be sure to get all the egg shells out. Add the egg into the bigger bowl. Beat in the egg. Gradually beat in the dry ingredients (the one with the flour in the small bowl). After, beat the mixture together so the dough gets creamy. Then, take three pans out and butter the pans. Next, make the dough into spheres and place them on the pan at least an inch apart.Another step is, you will place the pans in to the oven one pan at a time on the highest rack. Lastly, set the timer for 7 minutes and 30 seconds.Once you have finshed with the cookies baking place them somewhere in your kitchen to dry. After 2 minutes your cookies will probably be done but be sure to touch them and make sure that they are not still hot or mushy. finally, you can sit down and enjoy your cookies!!!
