banana bread

it does not matter if it is totally brunt at the top. i mean the only thing that really matters is the inside. it should not be under done in the center. or then u will puck.... Also banana bread is not like cookies they will not get totally brunt and be as hard as stone. but the will get brunt and taste good!!
